Breiteneder Immobilien Parking AG (formerly Best in Parking & Real Estate AG), based in Vienna, operates and develops real estate in various asset classes (FN 284389 w). The company manages around 200 locations with more than 80,000 parking spaces via its subsidiary Best in Parking AG, whereby the portfolio is constantly being expanded and new mobility solutions developed. The development and operation of the other asset classes is handled by BIP RE & RED GmbH.

Breiteneder Immobilien Parking Konzernfinanzierungs GmbH was founded to efficiently serve the Group’s liquidity requirements. Since 2016, this company has issued bonds with a total volume of EUR 170m, which are listed on the Official Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange (corporates prime).

In order to increase transparency towards stakeholders, Breiteneder Immobilien Parking AG publishes Annual Consolidated Financial Statements according to IFRS as well as individual Financial Statements according to UGB (Austrian Business Code). In addition, Best in Parking – Konzernfinanzierungs GmbH publishes an Annual Financial Report and a Half-year Financial Report in accordance with the transparency requirements of the corporates prime segment.
