The Falstaff Guide 2025 has once again recognized the best restaurants in the country. We are delighted that the Glasswing restaurant has been awarded 97 out of 100 points in the current guide and the highest rating of 4 out of 4 Falstaff forks, making it one of the top 10 restaurants in Vienna.

The creative signature of chef Alexandru Simon and the seven-course menu, served with both wine accompaniment and non-alcoholic pairings, were particular highlights in the evaluation.
