Mixed-use development in close proximity to Linz Central Train Station, featuring a modern Motel One hotel, office and residential space, as well as an integrated underground parking garage. Completion is scheduled for spring 2027.
Small Mall, Split
Mixed-use development combining more than 500 underground parking spaces with retail and office space, as well as The Amauris Split hotel. The hotel will feature 56 spacious rooms and an exclusive rooftop terrace with a restaurant, bar-bistro and pool area overlooking the city. Completion and opening are scheduled for 2028.
Hotel Rennweg, Vienna
Redevelopment and repositioning of the former Lindner Hotel Vienna Am Belvedere in partnership with JP Immobilien. Located near Belvedere Palace, the property comprises 219 rooms, a restaurant, bar, spa and fitness facilities, as well as event spaces. Following a comprehensive modernization, the hotel is scheduled to reopen under Accor’s premium Pullman brand in 2028, marking the brand’s debut in Austria.
