Linz, Austria – Breiteneder Immobilien Parking has acquired a building directly at Linz Central Station and secured Motel One as a renowned tenant. Following completion of construction works, the second Motel One hotel in Linz will open at this location.

As part of a comprehensive core refurbishment and extension, around 208 modern rooms will be created. In close partnership with Motel One and through the high-quality revitalisation, the property will gain new appeal and be sustainably enhanced.

“With this new property, we are focusing on a strong urban location that is ideal for both business and leisure travellers. We are very pleased to be able to offer our guests the Motel One experience at Linz Central Station in the future,” said a Motel One spokesperson.

The underground car park located beneath the building will also undergo extensive renovation and upgrading.

Construction work has already started and the opening is scheduled for spring 2027.
